Greenville, SC – Ignite Youth Development, led by CEO Justus Cox, is proud to announce the Back-to-School: Youth Empowerment Bash on August 2nd, 2025, from 11 AM to 3 PM at Upstate Circle Friends in Greenville County. This community event, powered by Ignite Youth Development and supported by BetterUConnect, aims to be the largest and most impactful back-to-school celebration in the region, with a focus on empowering youth and supporting the Black community.
As an alternative to numerous back-to-school events happening around the city, this year’s Back-to-School: Youth Empowerment Bash strives to bring the community together for one unified event that we can all enjoy. The goal is to create a space where local businesses, organizations, and families can collaborate, celebrate, and provide resources for the youth in our community.
The event will feature a variety of activities for families, including:
Games and interactive entertainment
Jump houses
Food trucks offering…
